Coach HUB - Game Training for Social Teams U/G12 - 18
Lindfield FC offers a unique training opportunity for social teams looking to improve their skills and game play with qualified coaches. The Game Training Coach HUB provides access to experienced LFC coaches during the winter season for both mixed and girls' social teams in competition age groups.
What’s Included:
Expert Coaching: Sessions led by experienced LFC coaches tailored to each team’s needs
Team Development: Players will improve their teamwork, strategic understanding (formations and tactics), and technical skills—all vital for game-day performance.
Team Collaboration: If a team has fewer players, we may combine teams for a session, ensuring everyone gets the most out of their training.
How to Sign Up:
Team Registration: Managers can register their teams for coaching.
Player Registration: Each player must sign up individually and complete their payment before participating in any sessions. See info below.
Program Details:
Limited Availability: Program spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cost: $250 per player (inc. GST), which covers approximately 19 sessions.
Program Dates: 1st April – 20th August 2025 with 1 week off during school holidays
Location: Queen Elizabeth Oval
Important Information:
Teams must have a majority of players committed to training in order to participate.
Training pauses for 1 week of the school holidays (April & July) - check your schedule for exact dates.
We endeavour to provide the same coaches week to week for consistency, but coach availability can vary
throughout the season. This is the benefit of the HUB, it may not be the same coach some weeks but there will
always be coaches available and sessions can go ahead.Can managers provide feedback to coaches re weekend performance? Yes, we value feedback to the Program Head coach Tom Pittman. He will work with coaches to incorporate this information into the structure of the regular program where possible.

Weather Policy:
No refunds for sessions cancelled due to weather. We will try to reschedule sessions if possible, depending on ground availability. Keep an eye out for weather updates.
In the event of significant disruptions (e.g., COVID lockdown), the coaching office will reach out to discuss refunds.
HOW TO SIGN UP
Managers Team Registration Process
Go to Team Grader, select Programs from the top menu bar, then choose Team Based Training
Select the Coach HUB Manager Sign Up option
Select your team from team list and enter your contact details
Review the list of team members and delete players not participating
You then register the team. This will create a “Reserved Spot” for each team member.
The manager will receive an email confirmation and each team member will also receive an email to confirm their spot. If they do not receive an email, ask them to first check their junk mail (see FAQs for what to do next)

Players sign up using the below links under Days & Times.
Confirm your registration by entering your FFA ID.
Complete your payment to finalise the registration.

Manager FAQS
Q. Does our team have to participate?
A. No, although it is highly recommended if your team wants to train. Coaching HUB is run by qualified LFC Coaches and provides consistency.
Q. I have selected the age group but can not see my team
A. Check with your AC for the correct team name. Check that the team is in “Final” Status. Use the list of teams to help confirm.
Q. Can I change the team members who wish to join?
A. Team Managers can add and remove players by selecting their team. They will be required to confirm their contact email in order to access the team details. If team members have already confirmed and paid, they should contact Louise in accounts to discuss refunds.
Q. What about team members who do not want to signup for Coaching HUB?
A. When registering the team, the team manager can remove players not participating from the team list
Player FAQs
Q. What to do if I have not received a confirmation email for my player but the team has been registered?
A. Navigate to the program list directly and select the correct program. Then follows the Player Sign Up Process above.
Q. I confirmed my spot but the payment part failed - what do I do?
A. Contact Louise and she can send a payment reminder so that you can try again
Q. I don’t want to pay by Credit Card, what do I do?
A. Contact Louise, we can arrange an alternate payment and confirm your spot
Q. What if my player cannot attend the session booked by the team, will they be offered another time slot?
A. Unfortunately, probably not in these age groups, as it is team based training. However, if they are really keen, liaise with Tom Pittman and he will do his best to cater for your special request.
