Our Leadership Team

President: Mark Pittman

Mark’s journey with Lindfield Football Club began in 2012 when his twin sons joined as U6 players. Over the years, Mark has been a cornerstone of the Club, serving in various roles including Team Manager, Age Coordinator, and most notably, Club Secretary for seven years.

In his tenure as Secretary, Mark played a pivotal role in strengthening Club governance. He helped develop a modern Constitution and ensured regular meetings of the management committee, fostering effective collaboration between coaching and administration teams.

Vice President Volunteers: Gisell Perez

Gisell joined Lindfield Football Club in 2016 as a WAA player and a U6 parent helping out by managing the team & refereeing the occasional match. She was attracted to the club because of its focus on equality, player growth and its great sense of community. Very soon she found herself in the Age Coordinator role for the U6 age group which she has enjoyed looking after for the past couple of years.

In recent years, Gisell has also volunteered on the West Lindfield Sport & Recreation Club (LSC) committee board as the LFC nominated Director. A role that she greatly enjoys, assisting both entities to work together for the benefit of the local community and stakeholders.

During her time at the club she has seen so many positive changes and programs implemented, such as the G6 & G7 competition on Sunday mornings, girls development teams being prioritised for field allocations and also provided with equal training days as the mixed counterparts.

Gisell is passionate about volunteering and grassroots football and giving everyone an opportunity to participate and benefit from the world game. She looks forward to continuing to work with our fabulous Lindfield FC community, promoting football and sharing the club spirit.

Coaching Director: Paul Grundy

Paul has been involved with Lindfield Football Club for 15+ years. Like many parents, his first involvement was on the sidelines supporting his son and daughter play in U6s. One thing led to another and soon he was roped in to help with the coaching and ended up as not only a much loved and sort after coach, but also our Coaching Director

Paul’s focus for many years had been on the girls’ side of the club but now in his role as Coaching Director, he is responsible for ensuring that coaching at the club runs smoothly for all players.

Club highlight: Over the years, I have seen the club grow and prosper to become the largest and most successful club in NSFA. I was instrumental in launching Project 2023 which has allowed us to continue this trajectory with something in it for everybody.

Vice President Members: Louisa Cornish

Louisa's involvement with Lindfield Football Club began 11 years ago when she registered her son for the U6 age group. On that day, she discovered the club was also seeking women players and decided to join the Women’s Over 35 competition. Since then, Louisa has been deeply involved in the club, as a player, managing her son's team and stepping into the role of Age Coordinator for the Girls program when the club needed support.

Louisa is passionate about community sport and its ability to unite families, social players, and competitive athletes through a shared love of the game. She believes that Lindfield Football Club plays a crucial role in fostering teamwork, respect, and a positive "can do" attitude, qualities that benefit players both on and off the field.

As the Vice President of Membership, Louisa oversees several key areas:

  • Uniform Shop: Ensuring that all players are equipped with the gear they need.

  • Registration Functions: Streamlining the registration process for a smooth experience.

  • Marketing and Communications: Enhancing the club’s outreach and engagement with members.

Louisa is dedicated to enriching these functions to support and enhance the experience for all members at Lindfield Football Club. Her commitment to the club and its values continues to drive positive changes and strengthen the community spirit within the organisation.
